Location: Gothenburg | Scope: Full-time | Remote: Hybrid (approx. 50%) | Assignment Period: Feb 2026 – Dec 2026

We are looking for an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist for an exciting assignment in an international and dynamic environment. This role is ideal for you who want to combine strategic work with operational responsibility and enjoy working closely with both HR and the business.

About the Role

In this role, you will be an important partner to HR and managers on issues related to compensation and benefits. You will work with both Sweden-specific matters and global initiatives, focusing on creating competitive, fair, and sustainable C&B solutions that support the business goals.

You will be part of a smaller, collaborative team and work in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities
  • Drive initiatives within Pay Transparency and Pay Equity

  • Develop and manage Job Architecture and job evaluations

  • Provide qualified support and advice within Compensation & Benefits

  • Participate in and drive local and global C&B projects

  • Support ongoing operational processes such as salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefits

Qualifications
  • Academic degree in HR, economics, business administration, or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits

  • Good knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and job evaluation methods

  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Strong analytical skills and high integrity

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus

Languages
  • Swedish – fluent

  • English – fluent
